If your friend borrowed your credit card to make an "incredibly important purchase" and you got your bill at the end of the month with an ice-cold US$ 300 credit for a statue, you'd probably be looking this angry too.

But this is just no ordinary statue, your friend reasons out. It's a Diablo III statue. It's by Sideshow Collectibles, and you can get it now for, yes, US$ 300. Actually, that's kind of more than its exact price. Really, it's only US$ 299.99. You know what, looking back, that may not be so bad after all. See, these are the same guys who did the WoW Diorama #1 back in 2007, and they also sold that sculpture for the exact same price.

Said the description on the product page:

The OVERTHROWN Diorama depicts the warrior class in fine form, wielding dual-axes in the heat of battle. Each piece is individually painted and finished to exacting standards, each with its own unique quality and detail that is the trademark of a handcrafted Sideshow Collectibles product.

Well, he's ready to axe an apple. If that's "in the heat of battle" already for him, imagine if he's in actual face-off with the enemies.

You like it? If you have the card to swipe (or a friend's), then just click on the link for pre-orders. No exact date as to when shipping will happen, but window says you should expect it around Q4 to 2009.
