As with all covers of sports titles, Madden NFL 10 (Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PSP, PC, PS2) gets to showcase the figurehead of what the sport is all about. This year, however, Madden NFL 10 gets not one, but two coverboys sharing the spotlight, and with the announcement from EA Sports, we finally know who they are.

Sharing the cover of Madden NFL 10 and perhaps the mythical Madden Curse is the Cardinals' wide receiver, Larry Fitzgerald and the Steelers safety Troy Polamalu. This would be the first time that two player would share the not-so-coveted cover, and Fitzgerald joins Shaun Alexander as one of only two players to be on both a Madden and an NCAA (for NCAA 2005) cover. EA believes they both represent the game's theme this year, which is fighting for every yard.

Just remember, it's an August 14 release for all the specified platforms.
