Quest Engine Inc.'s Wii Picross has gone through a lot of improvements ever since it was first introduced in June 2007. The online site featuring logic puzzles and other fun mental challenges has grown to a tremendous amount thanks to support of the online Nintendo communities that enjoyed playing on it.To keep up with the demand of its many avid puzzle art fans, a new version of the website has recently been rolled out with Wii Picross 2.0 now ready to boggle the minds of even the most talented puzzle addict. The site now offers over 3,200 puzzles and nearly 1.4 million games served. Whether you enjoy making or solving puzzles, the site caters to both as the site is easily accessible through either the Nintendo Wii's Opera Browser or your favorite browser program on the PC. New features like User Profiles, Picross Points, three Live Rankings and Gamercards are now available for everyone to try out. Even kids have the option to enjoy "lite" versions of the puzzles as Quest Engine has also released a Picross 4 Kids book dedicated to the Child's Play charity, which supports children's hospitals in many countries. The developers have promised to deliver even more improvements and will continue to help build the site even further for Wii and PC puzzle gamers alike. It's all free, so make sure to drop by the site through the Via link below and see if you have what it takes to test your mental faculties against other puzzlers all over the world. |
