You were probably filled with awe when you first viewed the screenshots and the short trailer of Resident Evil: Degeneration, Capcom and Sony Pictures' joint CG film project. To those who haven't caught wind of this upcoming movie feature yet, Resident Evil: Degeneration can be considered as a direct sequel to the existing games in the franchise, with Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield as the main protagonists.

The film is set somewhere in Midwestern America, seven years after the Raccoon City incident. Both Leon and Claire are thrown into all-too familiar situation, and are reunited to deal with the monstrosity that is the t-Virus. The movie is directed by Makoto Kamiya, and will be shown in Japan from October 18th to November 1st. No announcements for international screening has been made.

In any case, you'd probably be better off with watching the video, rather than just reading about it. Sit back and click on the play button, and go nab some chips to further savor the moment.

Are there only like 10 people that know to do voice acting? I swear it's the same people everytime a show or movie comes out.

But, that aside, this Should be awesome. I mean, I always said How can you go wrong with Resident Evil? ...But then Code Veronica came out. Anyway, I will be seein' this ASAP, looks bad ass.

» Whoa, maybe a clash of titles?

This is probably just a coincedence, or maybe something more.

IF you look when the people are holding up the cardboard banners, when it zooms in at the guy in the white shirt, if you look at his face, notice he looks ALOT like frank west from dead rising, also made by capcom.

I'll say it again, this may be pure coincedence, but you never know.

It's possible. I was always suspicious of Dead Rising taking place in the Resident Evil universe.

Alhough, I highly doubt Frank West would be that scared of zombies in an airport...
