Hold on to your hats, folks. There's a chance that Capcom may be gearing up for a late 2009 release for Lost Planet 2 (PC, PS3, Xbox 360). According to a slide spotted at the Xbox 360 Invitational in Korea, anyway.

Word is that there's a huge rumor running around in the pages of PlayStation: The Official Magazine. How big? Try Killzone 3 big, with a dash of Resistance 3 and a side helping of World at War 2.

The next Tomb Raider game will be an open-world, survival horror series reboot that has Lara Croft fighting against the love child of F.E.A.R.'s Alma and Wolverine. At least that's the vibe I'm getting from these supposedly secret images of the new game that were recently leaked onto the Web.

German gaming site GamersUnity is reporting that a hastily deleted post on the official Diablo III forums has confirmed that the game will not be carrying a LAN play feature just like StarCraft II. The post, reportedly made by a Battle.Net community manager, posits the same reasons that LAN play is being disabled in StarCraft II: to curb piracy.

Seems like 2K Sports is rolling out the red carpet for the 10th anniversary of the NBA 2K franchise. Team Xbox reports that a special limited collector's edition of NBA 2K10 is in the works.
