GSC Game World's S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky PC - Image 1 It was recently revealed that GSC Game World and THQ's S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky will be released as an exclusive digital download on Valve Corporation's Steam.

While Steam will be the only online distributor to carry the game, it was announced that it will also be available at various retail outlets.

This game is set one year before the first S.T.A.L.K.E.R. when stalkers were first able to reach the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in the center of the irradiated wasteland known as the Exclusion Zone.

If you plan on picking up this game, no specific launch date has been revealed yet but expect both the retail and online digital copies to be made available simultaneously.
