StarCraft II Q&A: of Ultralisks and voice chat - Image 1The developers of Blizzard's Starcraft II were really cool and answered various questions posed by the fans of series. Among them include the return of Ultralisks, voice chat, and system requirements.

First up is the return of Ultralisks in the game. According to the developers, the unit "figures heavily in our current plans"; however, they were quick to point out that there is still the possibility that it won't be making the final cut depending on how well it balances out.

Speaking of new units, hybrid units from the Xelnaga will be in the campaign, but how they will be used is still being kept under wraps. In addition, the developers have also pointed out that the Thor will not "burn" like a building, but will act like vehicles for all intents and purposes.

With regards to added features and specifications of the game, voice chat will be supported by the game, though details haven't been finalized. The same holds for the system requirements. However, expect that the game will require Pixel Shader 2.0 and a minimum of 128 MD dedicated VRAM.

There you have it: another round of questions answered by the developers of the game. These regular updates should be enough to chew on until the full game comes out some time next year.
