StarCraft II - Image 1Blizzard has updated their Starcraft 2 Map Maker Series over at their official forums, revealing that the map editor will indeed be included in the beta, however, not from the onset.

Other info reveals that you will be able to modify a hero unit in more specific detail, as well as the improvement on the script memory leak issues from Warcraft III. Said the post on the message boards, it will now be "a thing of the past."

There's still no word on when the beta will be released however, but there are more info regarding the said Map Maker via the source link.
