Attention, Steam users: Steam has released a new client update to address a few issues that some Windows 7 users have encountered while using the service.

Changelog:

• The Windows 7 Recently Played list should be repaired for people who play many games
• Friends Status now part of tasks on Windows 7, so they won't shuffle it away
• Fixed performance issues on Windows 7 for users with many friends and groups

To apply the update, just select the "File" menu and choose "Check for Steam Client Updates", then let your client take care of the rest.
