We know that Resident Evil 5: Director's Cut is getting support for Sony's motion controller, but is that the only thing new? Apparently not.

Valve's Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC) is just the latest casualty of the Australian Office of Film and Literature Classification's stringent -- and, for most Australian gamers, draconic -- adherence to their ratings guidelines. Publisher EA Australia said last week that they're "still working through the submission process with OFLC." It seems they've since become much more candid about the issue, however, as they've finally issued a comment.

Capcom has unveiled the system requirements for the upcoming Resident Evil 5 on the PC. The game which features include support for NVIDIA’s new GeForce 3D Vision technology, new costumes and a new and improved mercenaries mode will be released on September 14.

Remedy Entertainment has expounded on their earlier statements about focusing on Xbox 360 development for their psychological action thriller Alan Wake, and unfortunately for PC gamers, it's bad news.

In a somewhat surprising move today, Take-Two has announced that BioShock 2 (360, PS3) will be delayed and is now scheduled for release in the first half of 2010. The game, originally slated for a November 3 release in North America, will be pushed back to provide additional development time for the developers.

 Did any of you guys sign the Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC) petition? You know, the one where the fans were asking to boycott the sequel of the zombie-killing game from Valve because they didn't want a sequel too soon to the first one? Well, it looks like despite the 37,000 strong members, it did not do that much dent to the campaign for Left 4 Dead 2 as pre-orders are even reportedly twice that of the original game's. At least that's what a Valve's Doug Lombardi is saying.
