The Pyro from Valve Corporation's Team Fortress 2 (Xbox 360, PS3, PC) finally gets some love in the form of new unlockable weapons and achievements in the next update. Valve did not give any further details concerning the new pieces of sweet, fiery equipment that will be added to the Pyro's already formidable arsenal, but we're hoping that it'll be as uber-powerful as the medic's new Ubersaw. The new unlockable weapons system - where players meet the requirements of certain achievements to unlock new weapons - will soon be implemented for all Team Fortress 2 character classes. The last class to benefit from this series of updates is the Medic, who can now unlock and use a new array of weapons upon getting certain achievements. There's another good thing coming our way, however, and it's another Meet the Team video - this time focusing on out beloved fedora-wearing Sniper. Like the Pyro unlockable weapons update, Valve did not disclose when we can expect the video to come up, but it will be soon. Very soon, we hope. |

» Good and Bad..
The updates are all good, but I'm echoing what was said earlier by another Valve employee, that PS3 users probably won't even get these updates. There's already a petition online about it, so hopefully that gets Valve's attention.

» How about some new maps already.
There are only 5 maps and each one only has one game mode that you can play on it. I liked this game for about a week and got sick of it really fast. I absolutely hate the spy character because I get tired of shooting at my teammates just to make sure they are not spies. Either that or they are invisible and magically appear behind you, its f***ing annoying! Plus you have to shoot them like 5 times with a shotgun just to kill the bastards. If there was a limit on how many spies or engineers one team could have it would be a lot more fun.
