Assassin's Creed 2 - Image 1

Earlier we heard about Splinter Cell: Conviction (PC, Xbox 360) getting DLC, and now Ubisoft has confirmed that they're already planning downloadable content for Assassin's Creed 2 (PS3, Xbox 360, PC) as well.

Speaking to IncGamers, Assassin's Creed assistant producer Vincent Pontbriand said that there are plans for DLC, although he's "not allowed to talk about it". He basically echoed Alexander Parizeau's take on DLC, saying that it "creates longevity".

Pontbriand also said that they're considering adding a multiplayer mode to Assassin's Creed 2, but they haven't decided on how to implement it yet.
