The insanely competitive FPS arena is about to get even crazier as an icon of the genre's past makes a comeback in the seventh-generation console era. Propaganda Games is a few weeks away from letting loose dinosaur-infested Turok into the Microsoft Xbox 360, Sony PlayStation 3, and PC, and we couldn't be more excited.

Aside from good graphics and fantastic gameplay, the Turok series from the Nintendo 64 days has been made notorious by its knack to hand players the sickest weapons imaginable. Relics of the past like the bomb-tipped Tek Bow, the mutilating Shredder, and that nasty, nasty Cerebral Bore all look like they're itching for another round of gore.

This video below shows us just that in next-gen fashion. We must say that from what we see now, it's looking like we're going to have a hell of a blood bath when Turok hits. Don't forget to have a bucket nearby as you drool in anticipation.
