Colin McRae: DIRT is already out for the Microsoft Xbox 360, Sony PlayStation 3 and the PC but the ad campaign is still going like a well-oiled machine and it carries the same off-road attitude that the actual game has. Take a look:

"Who needs roads when there's DiRT," eh? Nice touch. Simple, straight to the point, and relevant. The gaming industry needs more tag lines like that. It's a spark of genius, really.

If you're not familiar with DiRT, it's a rally-style racer which does all its running without roads on gorgeous terrains with beastly machines and no rules. It's just tons and tons of angry iron pushing, climbing and colliding over mud and gravel to see who reigns supreme amidst the fender-bending mayhem.

I wouldn't mind giving this game a try at all... but I think I'd much more prefer Motorstorm :) No need to dislike me for that, we all have an opinion, that's what this comments section is for.

I have both games. Motorstorm has slightly (and I do mean slightly) better graphics, even though their grass is flat in that game. DiRT has better gameplay (as in fun, replayability, entertainment value). So really youre either choosing slightly better graphics (motorstorm) or a funner experience (DiRT)...

Wasn't there just a post about DiRT the other day? o_O

Well.. This game is awesome. I have it for PC and I get no lag or hiccups at all on max settings, and I'm running a fairly cheap setup (2.1ghz AMD CPU, GeForce 7900GS video card, 1GB ram)

I have a Logitech Momo racing wheel, but I use my controller instead.
