Stardock President and CEO Brad Wardell recently revealed that RTS video game Sins of a Solar Empire will soon receive a lot of changes. This will come in the form of several patches and a full blown expansion. The full details await after the jump!

It can take but a single word to get fans of a game excited. That word is "update." Fortunately for fans of Sins of a Solar Empire, that is exactly what Ironclad Games and Stardock have in mind with Patch v.1.04.

Sins of a Solar Empire may not be the most impressive of titles, but it is one of the top selling PC games out there.
