We're not sure if this is part of Epic Games' stunt for the PC Gaming Alliance. But if any company ever complained about how rampant piracy is drawing their sales and profits down, Valve Software's Steam is the likely - and arguably the most effective - form of distribution that's bound to tighten the noose around losses.
