Bethesda Softworks is still under serious flak for serving what the most loyal of Fallout fans might call "the unbecoming of a legendary franchise," and probably having seen what happened to the once-God of multiplayer arena franchises, Unreal Tournament, with UT3, they're aren't backing down from their continuous anti-Fallout 3 campaign. Lately someone got hold of Bethesda to check if they're feeling the burn, and Emil Pagliarulo gave his stand.

A lot of fans of the Fallout series are quite skeptical about the latest installment to the game, Fallout 3, simply because of the shift to first-person POV. This really isn't anything new for Bethesda. After fans staged a significant falling out over The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, you'd think Bethesda Game Studios would soften up and be more considerate. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Now carrying Fallout 3 (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC), the studio hopes to reincarnate the Fallout series as an FPS and not as its original RPG, paying no mind to the outcries of fans who contributed to the first two titles' success.

The videogaming247 blog was recently able to get hold of Todd Howard, the executive producer for Bethesda Softworks' Fallout 3 ( Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC). You can't talk about the Fallout series without giving a nod in the direction of its most celebrated device and subsequent mascot in the game: the Pip-Boy. In an update from the developers of Fallout 3 (PC, Xbox 360, PS3) at their blog on IGN, they talked about how they worked on the new Pip-Boy Model 3000's new design and how its new interface reflected in the upcoming post-apocalyptic sequel while still fitting into the "old-school" theme of the series. Emil Pagliarulo, lead designer of Fallout 3 (PC, Xbox 360, PS3), was kind enough to update the developers' diary on the official Fallout website and gave fans some inside information to one of the most well-known factions in the Fallout universe: The Brotherhood of Steel.
