With the announcement of the God of War novel and comics, plus the Prince of Persia
comic anthology, one may find that novels and comic books seem to be
all the rage lately. Electronic Arts and Dark Horse Comics are jumping
on that money train as the two announce that they will be working on
the Mass Effect comic series based on the sci-fi video game. |

Details for the video game of the hit TV series "Lost" have finally arrived from Ubisoft after a year of absolutely zip - except for a reassurance that it's indeed coming. You play a survivor of Oceanic Air flight 815 to battle your past demons and explore the mysteries of the island where your plane crashed. You will be interacting with the cast of Lost: Jack, Kate, Sawyer, and the rest of the crew. Abound with puzzles and enemies, the island will throw whatever it can at you. Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse, executive producers of "Lost," sound very satisfied with the output: The sense of adventure and suspense that we strive for in the show is also captured in the Lost video game. Ubisoft has done a fantastic job and come up with a game that is visually amazing and imaginative both on its own and as an extension of the world of the show. The game will be released early next year for the Xbox 360, the PS3, and the PC. And now here's the debut trailer from GameTrailers: |

Capcom's appearance at Comic-con 2007 in San Diego should prove to be a much bigger event than what this giant company did at E3. In a booth that features open gaming stations, attendees will be able to get their hands on Zack & Wiki, Harvey Birdman, Mega Man Star Force and Mega Man ZX Advent, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, Rocketmen and Moto GP. An Ace Attorney game will also be playable, but we're not certain which iteration of Phoenix Wright it'll be. The most noteworthy of all, of course, are playable demos of Devil May Cry 4 (PS3, Xbox 360, PC) and Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles. That's right, E3 this year never had that much of a privilege to serve the hottest games coming under Capcom's belt. As if gamers attending Comic-con weren't lucky enough, the Capcom store will also feature plenty of games at discount prices and merchandise up for grabs. Here are some that you can expect to find:
