One can say that THQ and Relic Entertainment's Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts is a lot like a fine wine - it just keeps getting better with time. The devs have just released the latest patch, bringing the World War II RTS title to version 2.300. The changelog can be viewed when you click on the "read more" link below.

Last week, we had a mammoth of a game release with Devil May Cry 4. It's not going to be any different this time around, with the much-awaited Lost Odyssey by Mistwalker finally making its US debut. Other noteworthy games in this batch are Professor Layton and the Curious Village, Dungeon Explorer: Warriors of Ancient Arts, RPG Maker VX, and a slew of other titles. Back in October, Paul W.S. Anderson shared that production for the long-planned Castlevania movie adaptation will soon go full swing. Prior to all this, it was believed that the story of the Castlevania movie project will revolve around a knight from Transylvania hiding from the Turkish Army in Dracula's castle.

Well, you can all forget about that as the official plot of the movie has just been revealed. The plot after the jump!

Some changes are in the offing for Mayhem Studios' Vampire Story. In fact, it's a pretty big change, since it concerns the title's, er, title itself.

In order to avoid confusion (and a possible lawsuit, perhaps?), Mayhem Studios announced recently that they will be changing the title of their upcoming fangtasy (see what I did there?) game to Vampire World. Apparently, there's already a game called A Vampyre Story from another game development company, hence the name change.

In other Vampire Sto - er, Vampire World news, Mayhem Studios reports that the project is nearing completion. The company has also signed a distribution contract with Game Factory Interactive, LTD covering the Russian mutation of the game. Negotiations with other publishers are taking place and the publishers for individual territories will be known sometime this month.

Vampire World will be released worldwide in Summer 2007. For now, check out the spiffy new screenshots we have below.

With the help of her faithful bandmates, it's Gluck'Oza's job to clean up the mess caused by the Incubator, doing it with various types of weapons, special super strikes, psychotically sweet combos and even some gun-kata.
