Some of you may remember the sadistic, but comedic, antics of the gumshoe duo of Sam and Max in the first season of the episodic series of games by Telltale Games. Six months later, the developers are back with an all new season of downloadable content with Sam & Max Season Two.

In an interview with the CEO and Co-Founder of Telltale Games, Dan Connors, Connors talks about the advantages of the episodic style of delivery that the new Sam & Max series has been known for.

Connors explains how he wanted gamers to view the new series similar to how people who catch a regular weekly program on the boob tube. With the relatively successful reception from the first season of downloadable episodic content from co-publisher GameTap.

The next season is scheduled to begin this November 8 and will run through all the way until May 8, 2008 with five episodes spread across that period. The first episode is entitled "Ice Station Santa" and was revealed to be a tribute to the upcoming holiday season. Rest assured, the new season will be as crazy and as satirical as the previous season was and more.

Command & Conquer 3 to be revolutionized - Image 1

While folks around the Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars are still sour with the tightrope balancing act Electronic Arts pulled off for the multiplayer, EA seems to have something more in store for the real-time strategy title. A banner advertisement at the official Command & Conquer website says that Command & Conquer 3 will be revolutionized soon.

And by soon, they meant by August 7, 2007. Speculations range from a mod to a final solution to the multiplayer issues, but we'll pile the greenbacks on the off-chance that this is another expansion to the C&C universe, just as its later titles have had at least one in the past.

Command & CRYSIS: The Dead Six coming soon - Image 1

Along with the new C&C development is Electronic Arts' full confirmation of the Crysis and Command & Conquer fusion, which they've dubbed Command & Crysis: The Dead Six. Unlike what was speculated in the past, the title isn't exactly a stand alone game - it's being designed as a mod to EA's upcoming Crysis.

But in the tradition of Command & Conquer: Renegade, Command & Crysis will offer players to participate in combat from the "battlefield perspective," experiencing whole generations of C&C history since Command & Conquer: Red Alert up to the present, and even "change the fate" of the universe.

Updates to the story will be addressed through episodes, although freedom will be given to aspiring modders to create their own stories or games through the The Dead Six core.

Features of the mod to come your way at the Full Article after the jump!
