Here's an update for those folks who read our previous article on the latest Prince of Persia (PS3, PC, Xbox 360, DS) game. We've found a new advisory on the Ubisoft forums stating that "Heir Apparent" isn't actually the name of the game.

New scans from Game Informer has revealed new information about the upcoming Ghostbusters: the Video Game (PC, Xbox 360, PS2, PS3, Wii, DS) from Sierra. The scans give new info on some of the game mechanics, as well as some of the weapons you'll be using in the game. It even has some info on the multiplayer system.

Video game designer Tim Schafer's upcoming title Brutal Legend has landed a cover spot on the latest issue of Game Informer. This is according to a post on the official Double Fine forums.

Not much is known about Brutal Legend just yet, but the mag describes it as "A Rock n' Roll roadshow". Actor Jack Black will apparently be voicing roadie Eddie Riggs, presumably the game's main protagonist. We'll report more details as soon as soon as they surface.

Schafer's most recent project was the 2005 platformer Psychonauts. The game received critical acclaim but suffered from lackluster sales.
