As annoying as typing the title out may be, I just can't get enough of GSC Game World's S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series. To that end, here are some new screenshots from the next game in the series, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat.

GSC Game World has launched the official site for their upcoming S.T.A.L.K.E.R. sequel, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat. Along with the launch comes information pertinent to any PC gamer: the game's system requirements. Check out details and some new screenshots after the jump.

For the third year in a row, Ukrainian developer GSC Game World will be releasing a new standalone title in their excellent S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series. The new game, which carries the working title of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat, is currently scheduled for a fall release. Check out the first details in the full article.

Sergei Grigorovich, President of GSC Game World, brings us great news today. In an interview with a Russian website, Grigorovich confirmed that they are, indeed, working on a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. sequel.

Looking forward to new word on GSC Game World's follow up to the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series? Well, word is that Deep Silver has given the thumbs up to promoting S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky come July. GSC Game World's S.T.A.L.K.E.R., whose revered A-Life system has become the feat to imitate, will soon be succeeded by a second video game title in the series. This second game though is a precursor to the original survival first-person shooter that we - against all odds - have come to love. GSC Game World has announced that the worldwide rights for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky has been awarded to Koch Media. In addition, the developers have also released a few screenshots which show of the different environments of this first person shooter.
