This is the week, guys! No more filler games! Well, alright, so we still have a couple of titles from the Imagine and Petz series, but never mind that. Big titles are coming out this week, and the publishers did not fail to beef up the lineup just before the Black Friday sales. It's a deluge of games, alright. Can your wallet handle it?

We've got a bunch of mystery games for you this Halloween week, as well as another one from the blood-curdling line of Ubisoft's Imagine titles, this time with Imagine Babyz Fashion. Headlining the line-up though would be Jak & Dexter for the PSP, the multi-platformer Lego Rock Band, and the new Need for Speed offering for handhelds, NFS: Nitro. Oh, and Band Hero featuring Taylor Swift is also here. Hopefully there'll be no Kanye to interrupt your game this time. Check out the full list in the full article.

A couple of days ago, we heard that LucasArts was going to announce a brand-new game on GTTV. Well that episode's come to pass, and now we know that LucasArts' Lucidity is real, it's a puzzle/platformer, and it's coming to PC and XBLA.

LucasArts has announced a new piece of DLC for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed's PS3 and Xbox 360 versions in the form of a downloadable level. In addition, PC gamers will finally be able to play the game thanks to the new Ultimate Sith Edition, which is also coming to PS3, Xbox 360, and Mac. More after the jump.

LucasArts has teamed up with Steam to work together on the objective of bringing classic and beloved franchises as digital downloads online. The press release set the date for the first ten fan-favorite LucasArts PC games to be made available on July 8, 2009. This, I suppose, is the teased announcement they were talking about a couple of days ago for "old school fans".

We've seen a lot of announcements and teasers being released via Twitter this year. Here's another one from LucasArts. Recent entries in the LucasArts Twitter account are teasing "awesome news" for their old school fans early on Monday.

This year, fans of point-and-click adventure games will be treated to a revamped version of LucasArts' The Secret of Monkey Island which which will be released as a digital download on Xbox 360 and PC. Craig Derrick, the producer of The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition, intimated to the Guardian that PS3 and Wii owners may get the game as well.

LucasArts has released more details for the upcoming Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Republic Heroes game which is currently being developed by Krome Studios for PC, PS3, PSP, Wii, and Xbox 360. LucasArts Singapore is taking care of the DS version. More after the jump.

The Qmann is back in the latest issue of EGM and has a lot of juicy tidbits to grind in the old rumor mill. Some of these include updates on the rumored Max Payne 3 game that is currently in the works, and word of a new PlayStation 3 exclusive title from none other than the developers of the Grand Theft Auto series, Rockstar. A report from Venture Beat has highlighted the fact that hardly any games to feature at the upcoming E3 Media & Business Summit are PC games. Though we know Deep Silver is still pushing forth for a full-blown extravaganza of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky, the rest of PC gaming's finest won't be there at all. More at the full story.
