Lost Planet: Extreme Condition Colonies Edition now gold - Image 1 Capcom's platinum level release of Lost Planet: Extreme Condition (Windows, Xbox 360) will soon be hitting shelves. That's what we hear from a press wire straight from the company, who also claims that the Colonies Edition will be served to both Xbox 360 and Windows PCs.
