Left 4 Dead 2 - Image 1Electronic Arts has said their piece on the Australian ban of Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC), and now Valve has acted on the action too. Reports have come in that Valve has indeed appealed to the OFLC on the classification - or total absence thereof - of their zombie sequel as of Wednesday.

BBFC - Image 1 Following the government decision to uphold PEGI as the sole and official ratings board in UK, the BBFC has sent their well-wishes, albeit still with that restrained barb. PEGI - Image 1The UK government has announced that it will be going with the PEGI ratings system as the standard form of videogame classification in the region. The PEGI system will be implemented for every game released in the UK. The BBFC, which used to handle games classification, will stick to classifying and rating films and DVDs.
