Here's the very first TV spot for Valve's Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC) -- and GameStop's pre-order bonus offer. Yep, it's not just about the games now, it's also about which store can give you something exclusively -- and what that store could give to you exclusively.

Valve has sent out official release dates for the Left 4 Dead 2 Xbox 360 and PC demos. The majority of gamers will get them in early November, but those who pre-ordered will get them this month.

It looks like Dead Center and Hard Rain are indeed the last two campaigns in Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC). Both have been spotted in a list of achievements unearthed by the folks at Xbox360Achievements. The 50-achievement list gives out a total of 1,000 points and also gives us a glimpse at some new features, including a defibrillator that can be used to revive dead Survivors.

Taiwanese website NGG seems to have unveiled the last two campaigns for Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC), which I think were intended by Valve to be kept a secret until later. Valve is confident that Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC) will give them a hefty return of investment so much so that they have no qualms forking out US$ 25 million for their consumer advertising plan. And why shouldn't they be confident? Their pre-orders alone already guarantee the game's success.

Valve's Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC) is just the latest casualty of the Australian Office of Film and Literature Classification's stringent -- and, for most Australian gamers, draconic -- adherence to their ratings guidelines. Publisher EA Australia said last week that they're "still working through the submission process with OFLC."
